Appointments/Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you will be reminded of your appointment date/time (to avoid added fees).Bodyworx will send client’s a text message and email reminder of their scheduled appointment.  Bodyworx requires 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 48 hours, a 50% (cost of services) fee will be assessed, and if same day, 100% (cost of services) fee will be assessed. Services over $150 will require a credit card to hold the appointment.Please understand that when you reserve an appointment for a specific time slot, you are blocking the therapist’s schedule for that day/time. When canceling with short notice, they are most likely unable to fill that time frame thus losing income they could have otherwise earned.

Gift Cards

Bodyworx Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at the spa. All gift card sales are final, and are valid for one year after purchase. May be used towards services or products, but may not be used for gratuity, or redeemed for cash, (unless prior arrangements have been made). Gift cards can also be purchased by phone or mailed.If using a gift card, please let us know prior to your service so we can locate your gift card number prior to your arrival. If you do not keep your scheduled appointment, or do not cancel within the 48 hour window, the cancellation fee will be applied towards your gift card.

Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check Debit Card, and Personal Checks. We do not accept American Express. Minimum credit card charge applied.

Appointments

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your scheduled service may be decreased as to allow the therapist to stay on time for their next appointment. Your service charge will remain the same.

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled using our MindBody online booking system. You should immediately receive a text message and email confirming your appointment. If you do not, please email the spa to confirm that you have the reserved the time/date you requested. Emails are checked frequently. There is time added to each appointment to clean/disinfect the rooms, so please be aware that sixty minutes will appear as a ninety minute service, etc.Prices are subject to change.
